giving your driveway a protective sealcoating  will preserve the asphalt and prevent damage caused by oil, U.V. rays, water, and other elements. Sealcoating prolongs asphalt life and prevents most cracks from forming when done on a regular basis (every 2-3 years). It also adds a fresh look to the asphalt, bringing up property value and curb appeal. Have existing oil it.

commercial and residential            asphalt sealcoating

Seal Coating your parking lot or driveway is an inexpensive way to protect and extend the life of your structure.  We carry the highest quality sealant possible with the perfect mix of the best additives for the East Coast climate.  Seal Coating protects the integrity of your asphalt, keeping it safe from sun and rain, traffic damage, reduces cracks, protects against oil and gas spillage, and prevents deterioration.  Routine maintenance of your driveway can more than double the life of your asphalt.

commercial and residential           asphalt crack repair

Fractures in pavement can be repaired with a crack filling material. It is applied into the gap and dries into a rubber-like substance. This allows the crack to stay sealed as the asphalt expands and contracts during different seasons. Repairing existing cracks can keep them from spreading into a spider web formation that is difficult to repair.

If you have a pothole or an area where the cracks have gotten so bad that the asphalt is crumbling, we may recommend some small patch work. This is when we cut the area out, remove the old material and patch it up with recycled asphalt which is treated with a bonding agent so that when compacted, it adheres to the asphalt around it. After the repair is done, we apply crack filler around the edges of the patch to prolong its longevity. We finish off with a top coat of sealcoat and you’re good to go!
